Coaching Process

I use a five step coaching process with my clients:

First, I help you clarify what you want.  This involves identifying what having a fulfilling, balanced, and fun-filled life would look like for you.  In order to attract something new, you must first be clear about what it is that you want.

Next, we determine where you are right now.  Coaching is about getting from where you are to where you want to be.  We will explore your own inner processes and habits that could jeopardize or be a hindrance in achieving your goals.

Then, we consider your resources and options, brainstorming to generate as many ideas as possible, putting aside critical assessments that are counter to the process.

Building on that forward momentum, I support you in creating an action plan that will take you from where you are right now to where you want to be in the future.  This action plan includes elements of the following:

– Identify ways you can get more fulfillment, balance, and fun in your life right now.
– Identify and eliminate the things that drain your energy and no longer serve you
– Identify obstacles that you may encounter and how to overcome them.
– Create new habits and ways of living that truly inspire you.

Finally, throughout the process, as your accountability partner, I help you stay focused, motivated, and committed as you work to implement your life plan.  Change isn’t easy.  Setbacks can occur.  Limiting beliefs and doubts may surface.  Through our work together, I’ll help you deal with challenges that may arise so that you can continue moving steadily forward as you create and live a more fulfilling, balanced, and fun-filled life.
